This is my first blog post entry so I'd like to introduce myself and explain a bit about what I do and when to book..
I'm Claire and of course I'm the photographer behind Claire Hill Photography, and I'm a professional photographer based in Perton, Wolverhampton in the west midlands near Birmingham and Staffordshire specializing in fine art, maternity photography, newborn baby photo shoot, sitter photography, family portrait photos, fairytale and cake smash photography.
All bookings have to be made in advance as when I'm not taking your beautiful photographs I'll be hand editing them personally one by one to ensure the high quality I strive for in every photo shoot and edit is met time and time again.
I have to thank all of my wonderful customers for keeping extremely busy all year round. My calendar is always very full up to 3 or 4 months in advance which is why booking with plenty of time is so important so I can get you booked in at the time and date that suits you best.
The best times to book in if you are an expecting Mommy to be is after your 12 weeks scan, if your looking to have beautiful timeless images to remember you little bundle of joy as a newborn baby then its around the same time as you book your maternity photo shoot, this will allow you to take advantage of the bump to baby photo package which means you pay the session retainer once. If you're not looking for maternity photography then book your newborn photoshoot as early as possible to avoid any disappointments, although I will nearly always manage to squeeze you in. For cake smash photography sitter photoshoots family portraits and all other photography it's best to book in with 2 to 3 months before you are looking to have your photo shoot. All of my edits are usually delivered 2 to 3 weeks after your shoot to give me time to fine touch your images to perfection.
I would like to take this opportunity to discuss my pricing the booking fee is to secure your booking only and is non refundable, however I am flexible if you cannot make your session date due to the unforeseen events that life likes to throw at us from time to time so it's not the end of the world if you can't make it, I do however ask that you turn up for chore chosen photoshoot time on time as i more often than not shoot 2 to 3 a day and the photography session can vary between 1 to 4 hours depending on the shoot and how things go especially on the newborn photography days.
You do not spend a penny or have any commitment to photo packages until your gallery viewing, all photography photo packages and wall art are the purchased after our face to face gallery viewing, where I will invite you back to the studio for coffee and a biscuit to sit back in comfort and see a professional slideshow of all your finished images on a large screen.
